Mira Ayoub
Dr. Mira Ayoub is a board-certified Interventional Radiologist with extensive training in vascular and interventional radiology. She completed her Vascular and Interventional Radiology fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, following advanced fellowship training in body imaging and neuroradiology.
Dr. Ayoub earned her medical degree and Master of Science in Radiology from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, before pursuing extensive clinical and academic training in the United States. She is certified by the American Board of Interventional Radiology/Diagnostic Radiology and is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology. Her clinical interests include minimally invasive treatment of venous disease and pulmonary embolism, women’s health, interventional oncology, and vascular disorders. She has a particular interest in image-guided treatments that provide effective, minimally invasive alternatives to traditional surgery, including the management of venous thromboembolic disease and women’s health conditions such as uterine fibroids. Her academic work has included research in radiomics, artificial intelligence, and oncologic imaging, with peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national and international scientific meetings.
